Medium buildings can level up to level 3.   When players first get their Garrison, it includes 2 Medium Buildings (Mine & Farm)

Medium buildings include:

• Barn
• Farm
• Inn
• Lumber Mill
• Mine
• Pet Stable (for battle pets)
• Trading Post (although in the UI, it shows Trading Post as both a Medium & Large Building)
