Raid missions are the highest level of missions, and requires you to have at least 10 followers that are level 100 to complete, just as you would need in a 10M raid.

Raid missions will yield the highest rewards, but they also take much longer to complete, usually 4-7 days.

There are also sometimes special transmog raid missions.
