Players can add a small enchanting building to their garrison.  Currently, Blizzard has referred to this as the Enchanting Tent in the Blizzard UI but as the Enchanter’s Study in their slides, which sounds as though perhaps the name gets upgraded as you level the building up.

Followers with the enchanting profession can go out in the world to collect enchanting mats and find new enchant recipes.

The Enchanting building can be upgraded to level 3.
