Players can add a small inscription building to their garrison.  An inscription building was not shown on the Blizzard UI shown at Blizzcon, but referred to as the Scribe’s Office in their slides.

Followers with the inscription profession can go out in the world to collect inscription mats and find new inscription recipes.

This building can be upgraded to level 3.
