Players can add a small leatherworking building to their garrison.  Currently, Blizzard has referred to this as the Leatherworking Shop on the UI shown at Blizzcon, although they also called it the Tannery.

The leatherworking building can be upgraded to level 3.

Followers with the leatherworking profession can go out in the world to collect leather and find new leatherworking recipes.
